Honey Bee Zen

Honey Bee Zen hones are the products of careful animal husbandry, attention to detail and a love of beekeeping. They have generated awards across North America, a testament to Amanda & Jeff's view that their honey, carefully produced, is a testament to good agricultural practices that respect their bees.

Through the development of a marketing and brand strategy, we developed a more sophisticated brand position and design to better connect with ownerships values, their target market, and the marketplace. The Honey Bee Zen product line includes hand salves and lip balms. Honey has long been known for its holistic products, so we created a brand that reflected these health values. It was also important to make a brand that consumers would enjoy owning, so we used a bright and colourful palette with a subtle mandala flower. For Swan Valley Honey, a beloved local brand, we updated the brand to give it a contemporary look. We recreated the illustration with their iconic red barn and developed a logo that connected with their Honey Bee Zen brand, while giving each line a distinct look.
