Focus West Management are partners in retail growth. They help brands expand their presence in Canada through trusted grocery retail partnerships and dedicated support across sales, distribution, and retail execution. With over 20 years of experience and established industry relationships, they focus on more than placement – they help brands succeed beyond the shelf.

We've worked with Rob McCowan for years on a variety of different projects in training and programs, as well as working on branding and design with some of Focus West Management's clients. This time, however, we switched out focus to Focus West themselves. They were looking for an update to their website that better reflected their work and their client base. The previous design was serviceable, but tended towards a more corporate feel that wasn't retail specific. We used retail-focused imagery and a warmer colour palette to more closely represent Focus West's values and goals.
