The 2-Day Food Processor Business Planning Workshops, through the BC Ministry of Agriculture and Food, was a series of workshops delivered regionally across British Columbia. It took place over two days, and covered eight modules of content on business planning.

We worked with the BC Ministry of Agriculture to deliver this series for almost ten consecutive years, delivering it in different cities and towns across British Columbia. In every location, we partnered with local organizations and food providers to deliver the workshop. Over the two days of learning we covered business planning, marketing & sales, product & process, quality management, packaging & labels, production economics, financial management, and logistics. Participants also received an educational binder that included additional resources and educational materials on all eight modules. As the company awarded the delivery contract, we revised and refined the learning materials, created all marketing materials and graphics, did all of the promotion and organization, as well as program delivery. And during our last series, we completely revised the design and content of the binders and materials to better reflect more current realities at the time.
