JAR Farm grows bedding plants for local customers and clients in the Lillooet region of British Columbia. They were in the process of expanding their farm operation to increase their bedding plant production and include an innovative aquaponics system that would produce vegetables, as well as fish and fish products.

Our work with JAR Farm included development a Business Plan & Strategy, as well as a Financial Strategy for the businesses planned expansion. Following that we worked to design an umbrella brand for the operation, as well as distinct, but connected sub-brands for the different business channels.
