Level Ground Trading

Level Ground produces premium coffee grown on small-scale, family-owned farms and sold through co-operatives that invest in their communities. They roast in small batches and blend to produce the most delicious cups of coffee.

We worked with Level Ground Trading to conduct a market research project that was focused on discovering why a particular product line was under-performing, and discover how best to increase sales by reaching the right target segment. In pursuit of this project, we used five different research methodologies to gather the data and nuance required to help Level Ground Trading take the next step with their products and business.
