Due to the pandemic, NPK experienced a significant decline in sales. She enrolled her company into the Refresh program to formulate a pivot plan. Along with over 60 other B.C. food processors, she was appreciative of the personalized support.
Although the pandemic lingers, many businesses continue to shift and alter their operations for today, but also with a vision of what things might look like in 6 months or even a year.
Over 50 B.C. small food processors are being rejuvenated after completing the first phase of the Food Business Refresh Program.
